^^Err no they arent the same. A draw in a test match means that the match was unfinished, ie the time or overs were finished with no side having won, wheres a tie means both teams ended on the same score.
In an ODI there isnt a draw because if a match is unfinished its listed as abandoned, wheres a tie is when both teams end up with the same score
