i'm planning to buy plasma 42'' without 3D which will be the one . the price range would be below 60k.

Panasonic P42V20D...should be in your budget by now...

I spoke to Panasonic today by chance for an upgrade to mine and they said that the P42V20D's MRP is 68K,

you should get it in 60K though....
