I don't think it works like that. The analytical part is proprietary and is included with chrome only.Google will likely still collect analytics anyway since they built the core engine & chromium too.

Even if there were an option to block Google from receiving that data, how can we be sure they actually did? (I did read that since they don’t rely on an ad-based model, so they don’t share analytics with Google, but who knows?)
