Indian Bank or IDBI Bank ?

Hey all,

I would like to know whether Indian bank or IDBI bank is better while considering the following requirements....

1) Process Business loans as quickly as possible
2) Faster process inside the bank
3) Provide Loans for Small scale Industries
4) Internet Banking and Phone Banking

Please help.....
