I love how they insist they are the ones to give it a push bla bla bla and they dont have sponsors because sponsors didnt believe in them ( ROFL) but they are going to give out 1.5 cr in prizes (without sponsors)

I guess they tried to pull an equivalent of the below joke with the gamers, potential sponsors and media:

I just came back home. Battlefield 3 happened but not in IGC. We, The Battlefield India community arranged bf3 at a place and the teams shown above (GuNooB from Thailand) also came. 6 teams participated. amazing. we called it NIGC (Not-IGC)

Aman money is'nt everything all the time! They had a good time playing LAN 1 on 1 with a international team. That is a very good experience for them.

After reading all the experiences, I am deeply disappointed. Even all of my colleagues were disappointed by the image of our Nation which will be projected by such mis-managed events. IMO there should be some non-profit organisation which should allow/disallow such events. Atleast that will save our nation's image from getting spoiled.
