Well I think that this software as far as I recollect is India's first home made forum/Bulletin Board software. This software is

quite good compared to the other giants like IPB, vBB , SMF. However it is way better than phpBB. But for a month old software it is pretty decent and its prospects are beginning to show up.

The first version was not that great but recently they made the new version 1.0.2 and they have included some pretty good features like a shoutbox, news system (with news articles - this is not featured by many others listed above), threaded mode , suggest framework, dom drag stuff(I have seen this thing for the first time on any forum software), etc. I particularly like the DOM Drag they introduced, its something new and novel. Well also it is very fast.

Coming to the looks I just Love the EYE Candy these guys have put up in the theme. Its so much better than that of the boring SMF and PHPBB looks. AEF has used some good amount of designing and it is a good reason for trying it out.I read that in 1.0.3 they are going to have a WYSIWYG Editor.

Well I think this software is good altogether and is worth a try.:hap2: Have you guys tried it out.

You could have just mentioned that you are associated with it. No harm in it. Hope you change over to a more open license (nothing wrong with the present one though). good luck.
 
i was looking at their forum and amazingly enough it looks very slick , has the main page almost like a vbulletin clone . full points for the kind of features provided vs cost . now all we need are skins for it :)
 
Well random2 i am not associated with them.

I love forums and I found this one MADE IN INDIA.

So also I found u guys techenclave.

I thought we should let people know more about it. Just a post as an intro u c.

Well, most of the first posts linking to a site are from the site devs themselves. So thought that way.

Anyways regardless of if ur associated with it or not, thanks for the post and welcome to TE
 
IPB ftw.. :D But this 1 looks promising :hap2: Kudos to their teams :D Awesome work as far as looks is concerned .. It will take time for 1 to judge its Security and features :ohyeha: Thanks for the news dude :D
