930MHz on 8800GT!!! This is Madness!!! :ohyeah:
Dude, Congo on ur LN2 run... Hope to see more such runs!!!
Where did u get LN2 from? I was scared even looking at the photos thinking what will happen if a drop falls on skin??? :ashamed:
BTW, is that a Coffee cup on the CPU Cooling Pot? :bleh:

H, how good does an ES overclock compared to d retail ones?

And wats d price of LN2 like?

Well I was told here it fetches 3k for 30litres.. Appo'd told it fetches cheaper than d DICE.. Just wanted to know d price..

A noob question..:ashamed: Why is that this is the first in India when ppl across the world have been doing for years.. i don't think lack of computer enthusiasts is the reason

lack of resources is the reason, you have to put in great amount of money in it for the top most performing CPU's and GPU's, the hardware if bought from retail would have cost around 1-1.5lakh(which you should be willing to bet on the benching session, where you might lose all the stuff), then you need to be a good enuf enthusiasts to make your own pot/dewar, and then procure Dice/LN2(which most probably would be available in only a few cities).

And in the end i would say lack of knowledge would be another reason and you need some1 like Harshal to start the trend, after which the herd may follow, :ohyeah:

^^Yup.. True... Someone leads d pack n the rest follows...

Procuring resources n materials're the main most problem..

Thanks a lot once again.
OK clearing things up.

1, Its not "cheaper then D-ICE". Its 60Bucks a liter.. so yeah price/perforamnce ratio it is da best. But riskes are great too. You can't fool with it like you do it with DICE.
2, The "ES" I have is an average clocker.. but get me a good retail one and I will this scores apart with 3D Benchies @ 5.5-5.6GHz along with card doing 950-1000 :ohyeah:
@ buBlez, Dude, its not easy to just get up one day and decide to do it. First one has to know what to do with hardware. But then to do this kind of things you need a lot of experience and confidence. I did it last year along with world's best overclockers so I was just waiting for a chance to get going here.. with time I got it :)

Hope this helps. :)

man, awesome that requires serious guts. i mean risking the damn core2Extreme.
If you can do i on 8*c, imagine what will happen if u do that in delhi, lol its like 0-4*c here everyday.

All Hail Dadaji!!!

Amazing stuff!!
Keep up the brilliant work :ohyeah: Lots and lots more to come!! :D

All the best!!! :D

And great job Ankit on helping him out. :D
