yep, the courier company is telling her to complain to indiatimes, indiatimes is saying gives us one day to find out whats happening and get back, .. now she will get some bullshit excuse ... ive told her to ask for a full refund. sites like pepperfry and indiatimes do this only, eat your money for 15-20 days and then say its not in stock or misplaced and then take a week to give ur money back.. 30 days to use up ur money without interest is not bad at all. please avoid them for your own peace of mind.
