Infibeam - Is it good?Reliable?

I intend to order some items from infibeam.

Are they reliable? Shipping is fast? Customer Care?.

Any inputs please.

Reliable. Yes

Shipping - Decent, depending the product. However for things like cakes it is like 24-48 hours or less as well, if you order that way.

Customer Care - Decent

Worth Buying - Yes

Safe - Yes

HOW??

I have purchased many times and do recommend them
 
definitely reliable, they ship it with deccan 360 (last check few months back), so they may delay it a *bit*, but it is sure a reliable site. used to purchase a lot before the rise of tradus/letsbuy. :)

They dispatch fast usually.
 
Hmmm...

oops. I didnt search. I have heard of letsbuy, flipkart, tradus etc. but never seen infibeam in TE. So paying up.
 
They are are reliable, but for small items I found them goofing up either by sending a wrong/damaged product. In my case it happened for Sennheiser earphone and a mouse. In both the instances they instructed their courier (blue dart) to pick-up from my place. Actually it is a hassle and complete txn. took me around three weeks. However when I ordered e-book reader PI and some of its accessories, the delivery was prompt and item(s) to my satisfaction.
 
Just bought a Sennheiser PX80 from them, around a week ago. They shipped in 3 days. Was sent through Bluedart. Product was in good condition. Received a computer generated bill too.

Ordered 5 items. They have mentioned shipped by around may 25 and receiving by may 31..

^IMO they have one problem, they don't pick good courier, at least in my case, they have either shipped using overnite-express or first-flight, whereas every deal made with flipkart is shipped via bluedart :)
 
Had two transactions with infibeam last month including a HP inkjet printer with free shipping. Product delivered within the promised time and in pristine condition alongwith, surprisingly, a telephonic confirmation of the receipt of the products. The printer was shipped via Blue Dart.

Definitely recommended.
 
Shipping most of the time is via Deccan360.

Have ordered tons of books from them (best price out there). They sometimes delay some of the harder to find or international edition books but always come through in the end.

But I have serious issues with their customer care. I wanted to return a book (coz it wasnt what I had ordered). They NEVER responded, inspite of repeated mails. In the end it was a small amount so I just left it.
 
Just called them simply for a status.

Really slow customer care exec. she said i ordered 4 books and a notebook cooler. I was like WTF. Then after 2 or 3 times i made hear read the list..

Hope their shipping will be better..

They never did call me though it was said on their site that first time transactions would be followed by a confirmation phone call.
Ah who cares...prices are lower. Better for me :-)
 
@m-jeri , cool mate you will definately get it. Just track the courier using the tracking no
