Suppose kaizen refuses warranty without invoice. It has happened with corsair products. Then what will be solution. With kaizen YMMV. So can op clarify if such situations arise. Or maybe an email from acro engg would help too.

Can you please direct as where they have denied warranty cause in 2021 alone I went to them 2 times for inno, 3 times for MSI and 1 time for corsair they never asked me for an invoice. The first time I asked them why is that and the guy simply replied if its in warranty according to Import date (they cross check it with serial no) they do not require to see any Invoice.

I faced rma issues with my corsair psu few days back. Recent changes were done to guidelines regarding invoice. Last year i had rmaed without invoice without any hassle. They are pretty strict on this now.

Any and all items without bill should be treated as with no warranty. It all depends on the person you're dealing with when claiming warranty if they ask for invoice you will have nothing to show and thus no warranty.
If one didn't get asked for invoice doesn't mean anyone else won't be.

May be with corsair but I recently visited them back to back in July and August my experience was completely different.

Same experience for my Corsair PSU RMA done about 1 month ago, they checked for warranty against import date but still asked for bill to approve rma.

Like i said YMMV. I have good relationship with acro guys and kaizen guys. Yet kaizen refused warranty for corsair. And i did not try to use my friendship with india country manager to bend the rules. All that apart, i am just saying in case tomorrow they refuse, what then.

Recently i went to kaizen too (for inno 3D) and had a smooth experience, wasn't asked for invoice, he checked import date only,
