installing iPC - MAC OSX LEOPARD 10.5.6 dual boot

hi guyz;

my current configuration is

VISTA ULTIMATE 64
WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 dual boot on phenom-II 920.

i just downloaded iPC 10.5.6, i would like to know if i install in my current configuration. will other OS boot will get affected?

Do i lose my windows installations.. I have GRUB Bootloader which loads Windows 7 and Vista..

So if any1 help me giving tips on this. Would be really thankful to you guyzz..

There are no Atheros proper driver for 5700g on any of Hackintosh.
There are work arounds but no native support.
