FS: Networking Intel 9260NGW, Intel 9560NGW, Mediatek MT7921 Wi-Fi Cards

Could not figure out how to DM you so posting here. I'm in need of one Wifi card but what's the difference between this Intel card and TP-Link PCIe WiFi Card?
Why should I buy this instead of the new TP Link one with 3 years warranty? I'm sure I'm missing something as many people are buying the old Intel ones.
 
Received the MT7921 card in almost new condition and in nice and safe packaging. Installed in my Laptop and working without any issues.

As agreed with @mzsa1994, I will leave the feedback tomorrow.

As others mentioned, very nice and informed seller. Most recommended.
