As i am going for either HIS Radeon HD4850 or MSI Radeon HD4850, wanna ask will these run on my existing Intel 965RY motherboard's pci-e x16 slot. I have a 600w coolermaster PSU, so power isn't an issue. Fyi, my current pci-e card is BFG 6800GT 256mb GDDR3.
In worse-case scenario, if i have to change my board - PLEASE suggest me the cheapest mobo from brands like intel/asus/msi/xfx/gigabyte with pci-e 2.0 slot - which will accomodate my existing 4gb ddr2 667mhz ram & my Pentium 531J(LGA775) HT 3.0 800fsb processor.
