So I decided to clean and re-paste my old backup system couple of days ago. Even though I have done it dozens of times in past this time while taking out the CPU from the socket somehow the cpu slipped from my hand and fell on the socket itself which damaged some crucial pins.
The motherboard now keeps on power cycling most of the time when booted and system only boots fully like once every 20th try. It seems some pins were bent but none were broken off, The damage seems to be fixable but I do not have the proper tools, expertise and time to do it myself hence selling it As-is. No Guarantee.
