CPU/Mobo Intel P965

Hi ppl.Please help me out with this mobo problem.

Im buying a new system in the next 2 days.
Need to decide between the MSI P965 neoF or the Intel P965.
The problem is im expecting the 7600GT from USA by next week but will be buying a new system today or tomorrow max.
So would u recommend that i buy the intel mobo or wait for the video card and then buy the MSI.
The big question is there is a lot of performance difference b/w the intel and MSI mobo's mentioned earlier.

Also r there any mobos in the market with integrated video with good performance under 10K price range.My cpu will be C2D 6400.

Pls reply as soon as possible.
 
There is no performance difference... the only difference I can think of is that the MSI has basic overclocking features thats all. If you don't overclock, either will be fine.
 
^^ I know you have mentioned that you wanna get it in a day or two, but if you can wait,then Asus P5N-E based on Nvidia 650i would be a very good board to consider.

Also you have mentioned that your budget is upto 10k,would you be interested in MSI 975X ? i am selling mine for around 9k....lol
