The processor works absolutely fine without any issues, havent overclocked the CPU & it comes with the stock HSF. It was bought on 25-7-2005, so it still has some warranty remaining on it, in case any problems are faced. I will also provide the xerox of the original bill with the processor for the warranty purposes if the buyer asks for it :P. And ofcourse Mumbai buyers will be preferred!

hey man im interested. can u tell me whats the highest TEMP u got in the proc using Stock HSF? and now im using a 2.4GHZ p4 will it be possible to see any performance difference?
