e8200 should be around 8K i dont think many dealers have it...at least here in delhi. all they have is e8400. no idea about e7200
 
Anybody has an idea about the latest prices of Intel processors especially the Q6600 and E6750/6850 ?
 
^^OK. Prices on Newegg right now are like,

Q6600 - 219$ - Around 9k

Q6700 - 275$ - Around 11.5k

E6850 - 185$ - Around 7.7k (same pricing almost in India)

E6750 - 180$ - Around 7.5k (same pricing in India)

E8400 - 200$ - Around 8.4k

E8200 - 180$ - Around 7.5k

E7200 - 135$ - Around 5.6k

Pretty interesting. Hoping that these prices come into effect in India soon.
 
A month ago, India had d best price of the E8400 @ 8400!!! :)

But shot up a week ahead of the Intel price cuts on April 20th. :(
 
E8400 should be around 183$ now but its selling for more even on Newegg. Looks like there are availability issues.
 
Yep there are......i had a talk with lots of Intel guys over the past week....the stocks on the E84s is low, and also on the E85s .... the prices in india are going in the opp direction as compared to the international market:(
 
Prime is quoting Rs 6000/- for e7200.

Edit : Unlike the e8400 ( when released ), the e7200 has always been available at Newegg. What does this imply - low demand or high supply ? Is everyone waiting for the e3140 ?
 
I visited Computer Empire at Nehru place yesterday, they were quoting 5.7K for the E7200.
