1. The card shown in product description was XFX NEW 8600 GT but was sent to me a OLD 8600 GT Zebronics Card.
2. When I lodged my protest over emails and telephone also (Spoken to Madhusudan), his final response was DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO.
3. Subsequently, I initiated dispute over ebay and entire amount of money incl. shipping was refunded to me and Ubergeek (nickname of seller on ebay) was debarred.
However, I would like to add that ebay informed me that seller did not turn up AT ALL to their queries. Ebay asked me to keep old zeb card even after full refund due to no response of seller.
1) Now dont lie there, lotsa lies there..... It was never mentioned in the sale thread it would be a XFX, it was mentioned to be Nvidia 8600GT. The pic was of XFX, and it was mentioned in the sale thread that the actual product could be different. The card was completely new and you know that as well. It was bought from Phoenix and was directly sent to you without never opened.
2) You were abusive and were trying to throw your political weight over the phone, ofcourse to such customers thats the apt response, coz I am no slouch either.
3) I sent ebay the original invoice and sent it over to their email and thought was enuf, got busy and maybe I was sick at that time dont remember but later I saw that, sending email is not enuf for them and the invoice should be faxed.
You got lucky there, ebay doesnt understand the difference between XFX and Zebronics, You got the money refunded because I didnt send them the Fax of the invoice which I already had. If I would have, you would have got zilch.

I have dealed with thebanik , he is extremely helpful and genuine guy and very helpful not only in the pc hardware but in lot of other things .....
He has given me some valuable advice about pc purchases and really a very cool guy , perhaps there was some miss communication and these things can happen to anyone

I just wish to ask TE members whether you have seen such deal anywhere where product name, product photo and product descriptions are all different. Is it possible? :S its a big question mark? Here on TE which is not a business site, minimum 2 product photographs are required to sell a product and you utter all such nuisance. whether, you gonna marry a girl which is seen by you and actually different from what seen and committed to you

See doing debate with you is futile, you are the most sane person in the world, I guess you have proved your point....Saying Nvidia 8600GT, having a pic of XFX 8600GT and saying that the actual product might differ, and then sending a Nvidia Zebronics 8600GT comes all under the practices going over on ebay(maybe not the best practice but you really cant complain because you are getting what is described, also you bought from me because it was by far the cheapest selling 8600GT on ebay). Its your luck that I didnt fax the invoice which is all ebay was concerned for otherwise whatever statements you are making would have fallen on your face.

Your integrity could have been better if you have had accepted the return of product, which is worldwide normal practice in case any discrepancy is found in seller description and product shipped to buyer. I have open offer on TE to return my used product if buyer is not satisfied (even if everything is alright).
Basic instinct of a person cant be changed. Thats why you dont see any wrong in your misdeeds.
Where was the discrepancy??? What the hell are you going on all about??? The Product Description said Nvidia 8600GT, and thats what you got. Infact it was not just about Zebronics, I did ship Evga 8600GT for the same item as well which was bought through KMD. Sort of your luck I would say, there was no discrepancy according to the product description. But your integrity is great, you claimed that you got an OLD Product which clearly was not the case. But your honesty and integrity is beyond question it seems. And you have been saying the same thing again and again, but no word about the lie that you made up.
