yep for me WNX price was 1/5th of DHL through bluedart.. i finally got my SSD back which was returned via EMS ( speedpost ) took 4 days to come from Taiwan which is not bad either. also no customs charged as they marked it as sample with 5$ value.

Call up the worldnetexpress toll free number and ask for the guy looking after WNX in your locality. When I went for Speedpost for returning a Kindle to Amazon. The WNX guy was sitting there (actually he is DHL employee). I first came to know about WNX from him. Speedpost was charging some 750Rs and WNX 900Rs. It was Amazon who was going to pay so I choose WNX and was amazed with their service. The Kindle delivered to US on the 4th day after pickup!!

I have used WorldNetExpress a few times to ship big packages to Europe and it has been great so far. Since they have tie up with DHL, the shipping time is very fast and the rates are cheap as well.
I have shipped a phone once to the US. The PO I went to initially denied to send. A few people had told me that they do ship, so I insisted and they checked with seniors and finally allowed.

If any post master is not aware or they refuse, Call the WNX call center & tell post master to talk.
They will obey :)

Managed to go to the post office today. Sent 5 Sticks of Corasir Dominator for RMA to Taiwain, Net weight of items incl box - 400 Gms, ( But they use volumetric - size)
Used worldnetexpress and it cost me Rs.758/-, the other option was speed post @ Rs.650/- . So i chose WNX for 100 more and delivery within 3 working days.

They insist that the battery be removed from the phone when shipping. How does one work around that when sending phones like the iPhone or the Nexus 4?

for devices with non-removable batteries, you can discharge the batteries.
But there's a danger of deep-discharge.

If anyone can post the price list for all the weights how much would it be then it would be really very very helpful

Do they refund the money, if the shipment is returned back to the shipper. Used them to ship a Mobile to the US for warranty repair yesterday from Chennai. Phone is completely dead with an internal battery. Did mention in the declaration form that phone is being sent for warranty repair. Tracking shows item at Delivery facility in Bangalore.
