no way to do it

icc will not make a new account when they buy for you . they have a dedicated account for buying

There is a much better trick which I use with Macys, Nordstrom etc. If I remember correctly, it is like this:

Phone Number: Put in a US phone number I think

CC Address Put in your complete address with city, pin code, country etc

Shipping Address etc of course has to be US because that website would definitely not ship to India.

This is pretty much about it from what I can recall.

I have ordered a lot of stuff using such basic tweaks and almost never failed. I have even ordered through Ralph Lauren etc.
