Hi,
My microtech inverter battery is not charging. The battery charging led would not turn on. For last few weeks it used to switch over to UPS (battery) mode even though there is electricity. After playing around with the back switches related to voltage etc it would switch back to main power.
But now it is always on ups and the batteries do not get charged. I tried re-wiring but that did not help either. Any advice how I can resolve this. microtech customer care seems over loaded. they are not responding
