Picked up a month ago

Need to dispose this off however as I am picking up the new Mac Mini instead :)

asking for 8000/-

(Picked for 11990),

2 yrs, 11 months of warranty left

Plays 1080p MKVs without a fuss

Works as a network drive too (NAS)

Works as a torrent downloader as well

Comes with a 1TB inbuilt drive and has 3 USB ports

yes , it does support it on the official firmware.

I had never tried it but did so after seeing your post.

Was getting around 175 KB/s on a pvt torrent with 20+ seeders

There was a reported issue of the download speeds being slow but I had upgraded the firmware same day after getting it

Oh man!

I was hoping and thinking this will sell pretty soon considering the popularity of networked media players on TE

Just in case anyone missed the point, the 1TB external drive/torrent dl aspect itself is worth 4K thus making the media player itself only 5.5K

^^ and you can attach multiple drives to it to increase capacity as a NAS! A 7TB NAS is theoretically possible! :D

new one on ebay without coupon is 9800/- with coupons that tooo 0 % EMI for six months .. .. its about 9000 - 9500/- for a new one, you may consider reprising ..

cool, didn't know that the prices have dropped

Anyway, from what it seems, with coupons n jazz, you can manage to get it for 9.5K from ebay

so to sweeten this deal, I'll throw in a network adapter for free
