Warranty : ~ 14 months if HCL provides warranty based on serial number . Or else 1 week personal testing

^ It supports a USB EVDO dongle as per its tech specs . I do not have much idea about it . I guess EVDO is cheaper than 3G & provides max speeds upto 2.4 MBit/sec .
 
I'd be interested if you could find out if theres anyway to browse internet other than the wifi way. Since the decivce is open please try and check for the same ?
 
It think it does not have a SIM slot so cant think of a way of using internet other than the EVDO USB dongle I mentioned before .

It has a USB port which has to be used to connect the EVDO dongle & you can use the internet on the move :)

EVDO dongles are available starting at only Rs.1299 from Reliance & 1499 from Tata Photons . Other options include MTS , BSNL etc.Tata offers speeds upto 3.1 Mbps .

The plans are cheaper than 3G also in most cases :)
 
Now interested in iPad 2 again at this new price point. Earlier I thought I could buy a new but now the price is mouth watering. Can't PM u. Ur inbox is full.
