Ipad 2 case which is the best to buy and where to purchase

Want to buy a case which is rugged for i pad 2 considering otter-box also but have no idea on net as the cases prices on eBay.com are very different .
Also looking for any good brand which looks good and at the same time will be sturdy too
budget max rs 2500 including shipping from USA or in India
please help me urgently as i cant use the i pad 2 finding it to delicate to use it

Not an expensive proposition. But the downside is I cannot use a scratch-guard on the display since it'd mess up with the silicone case.

What? After using rcom coupon ipad2 came to 27.5 which is listed at 29.5k for 16gb wifi.
