This might be the wrong topic but I have a BSNL microsim for my iPad that i just got it activated couple of days ago. The first time I did a speed test through the speedtest app, I got around 3.5mb/s DL, after that I only got around 1mb/s.
I read online that BSNL has capped the speed limit to prevent the misuse but is there anyway you can get the full speeds unlocked if you are using it for an actual iPad?

We are not talking about the problems with the SIM but the actual connection itself. As to how they re locking the speeds to 1mb/s in some areas to prevent improper use.
