iPhone 2G 3.1.3 FolderEnhancer installation problem

I am not able to install this this app called Folder Enhancer on this iPhone 2G 3.1.3 (JailBroken) but I've seen it on youtube people using that on the same config. So can someone tell me whats the issue or is there is a work around.
