The screen is scratchless has scratch guard on it {the scratch guard has a bubble on it, see pic no.3}
The back is also in very good condition, except for marks/scratches due to the cover
there are no dents on phone
The phone is under apple warranty till February 26, 2010 {phone is 11 months old}
