I have the invoice and its in warranty. Warranty lasts till Oct 2012.

firmware version - 4.3.5

baseband - 4.11.08

Reason for sale - I am planning to go the android route or may be blackberry :P.

Price - 23K.

I would prefer if the buyer is from Mumbai.

Oh forgot to mention, the phone has a screen guard on both front and backside and also I'm giving the moshi case for free.

Since the phone is locked, I think that you should also mention that the warranty on offer is an international warranty & not a local one.
 
^^ Gevey Ultra does not support that baseband.Also,the phone does not carry warranty as it is factory locked.So it is basically an iPod Touch.
 
It is always better to provide complete details and be clear about the product lest one makes a fool of oneself. From what I can gather is that this phone does not have a warranty in india and is currently locked on its baseband to some international carrier....as good as a ipod touch, unless the OP clears our doubts.
