20-25K Iphone 4 for 22k ?

Hello guys ,
am looking to gift a Phone for my Dad , this will be his first Smart phone, & i came across this

So shall i go ahead with Ebay ? can the seller be trusted ? or direct me to any good online deals.

So as per this the discount will be given on MRP......Right ? if so the price will come to 19500/- and u will loose ur smart phone, But here in my city u get Iphone 4 for 20600/- without any exchange.
