iOS iPhone 4S on 7.0.4 Jailbroken, always boots in safe mode

I have a jailbroken iPhone 4S on iOS 7.0.4 and suddenly out of nowhere it started to boot in safe mode only. I did not do anything. It has been more than a month that I have installed or updated any new cydia app.

The phone was just kept on table and after some time I see it was booted in safe mode so I restarted it expecting that it will boot Normally in jailbroken mode but nope again safe mode and this Keeps happening.

I am unable to go in jailbroken mode. Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

Surely seems to be an issue of non compatible tweak, just remove any recent tweaks added by you and it should work fine again

The thing is i have not installed or removed any tweak or not even updated any tweak or even app store app since last 15+ days or may be month. It has been working fine without any issues and just out of the blue this happens.

Btw it seems solved now. I first updated and reinstalled cydia subtrate mode but still no success.
Then i uninstalled cydia substrate and it uninstalled almost all my cydia tweaks, everything. But after a reboot it seemed to be fine so for trying out, i just installed zeppelin tweak back (it requires cydia substrate) and it worked fine. So now i am installed one by one each tweak and hoping this does not happen again.

I feel so lost and helpless without jailbreak. It does this to you. People who have always been jailbroken would understand.
