Ok now this was sent to me by my friend in US two days ago in the condition that is stuck in recovery mode. I tried restoring in iTunes many times but it fails and gave error. I don't know past of this phone like what has happened to it and what will fix it. I don't want to waste my time in this so unloading this. There might be software or hardware issue.

Important thing
Once this is sold I will not take back this under any condition as this is in faulty condition. So please buy this keeping in mind about this point.

What is the error message in iTunes? There must be an error number.
Recovery Mode Loop are usually easy to fix if its only a software issue. Check this : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKHgtdmp3h4

Alternatively your PC might be stopping iTunes from connecting to Apple's server through Port 80(Usually turning off your security software or firewall solves this issue). If this is the case, usually the error number will be ~ 3000

However if its hardware-related, then its very difficult to repair except by using Apple Warranty in US.

I have seen a phone like this, heck it may even be the same one. It just would not restore. Tried everything.
@Ra.hul Send me the serial number, if apple.com shows warranty I might be willing to buy it.

I can't see serial or imei no anywhere. iPhone 5 is not having it's serial no printed on sim tray like it was in 4s and 4.

Had an iPad with similar issue. Turned out to be a hardware issue. Service center said maybe corrupted flash or faulty ram. Got it replaced.
