iOS iPhone 5c AT&T unlock solution

I have an iPhone 5c locked to AT&T. I believe its not under contract (just network locked to AT&T).

Can anyone provide me to a source where I can get this unlocked? I am aware of the AT&T changes and it used to be only a few dollars a couple of months back and now it has become very expensive.

Any pointers to a reliable and least expensive site would be helpful. Getting it unlocked from AT&T directly is not an option.

Most AT&T unlock code now cost way to much due to their new policy.... There is no cheap method unless you go for rsim solution

Have you thought about using an R-SIM instead. I think everything works except 3g.

Rsim is hit and miss for most people from what I can read in forum...

@rdst_1 Would prefer getting it unlocked permanently via IMEI.
