Hello, i need iphone wifi settings for dataone users...

i can't connect wifi, even signal is working.... :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:
its urgent :(

it all depends on your wifi router settings .. does your wifi router work with a normal laptop?

if you have encryption enabled, disable it and also have SSID broadcast ON.

Its totally confusing, i dont know, whats DNS, IP Adress, or subnet mask or Router IP of my router..

I am using Dataone in Maharashtra and have Huawei Quiadway WA1003A Router
 
hahahaha sorry I read dataone and somehow connected it with the BSNL mobile service rofl.. plus you already had 1 thread on wi-fi so got confused

you shouldn't have to enter the DNS etc on your iphone as your router will assign an IP etc to you.. is any type of security and DHCP enabled on ur router?
 
first take a chill pill...........do u connect a desktop or a laptop to the wireless router? if yes........tell me the security u use...........WEP/WPA/WPA2 or open........?
 
I have none security in my router settings.. I can access the Router settings on http://192.168.1.1 on my iphone, but not other sites.. That means, router is not sharing my net connection
 
where to use that? i think you didn't read the whole thread..

I have got one possible problem. Router is not sharing my Internet connection.
 
You are able to connect to the router but cannot use the internet. That can be because you must have not used the username , Password, DNS provided by BSNL. They mostly come with the modem provided to you by BSNL.Don't Know where to use them in iPhone.

Ooops.. Got the point, it should be PPPoE..
