iOS iPhone X from US?

I am thinking of buying iPhone X from the US as international warranty is not an issue in India for that.

Now I believe the lowest cost would be in US right ?

and how to get it in india, can anybody here do that for me ? (considering good feedback of the person)

or is there any service who can do that for me?

Also, is there even a teeny tiny diff b/w indian and US models?
