my 14 months old Ipod Touch 2g 8gb is up for sale.

condition of the Ipod is excellent, have maintained it very well.

Working excellent , no problem at all

Jailbroken running OS 2.2 ( Can be upgraded to OS 4.0 and Jailbroken easily due to old bootrom)

Reason for sale : Got Iphone 3gs

Included all accessories and box.Warranty is over but I will provide my own warranty of 1 month- If anything goes wrong , I will take it back

But my warranty period is over. And honestly I dont think there is any need for warranty extension because Apple Ipod touch has great built quality.I have not heard any case of warranty claim about Ipod touch.That is just my opinion.And anyway if anything goes wrong in post warranty period we can opt for paid service

We will have to confirm this from Ipod touch users.Technically it should be possible because Ipod touch 2g has 256 mb RAM as of Iphone 3gs which do support multitasking .But again we know Apple restricts many features even though they are feasible hardware wise (marketing strategy)

Hey even , i have a ipod touch 2g 8gb , but i am not able to restore OS4.0 , How did you manage it . And hows the performance !
 
does an ipod touch have a rate of 30 fps for video playback ... ??? thats the only reason y i want to go for the 3g version cause i think the 3g version supports 30fps . correct me if i am wrong here .
