@ht: The Sony earphones are the ones I got with a walkman. Don't have a camera right now. They look exctly like this .

the iRiver seems to be bought abroad and right now for the price of 5500/- you can buy 8gb iRivers including shipping to india through KMD/Fizz/ other sites

so for 2gb that price is insane
