This is a very cool product (no pun intended).
Now that I think of it, it has many potential use cases.
The first one that comes to mind is using it while standing in long queues here in our country. I remember having to wait in line everyday for hours at the govt hospital for several months, I really wish I had this back then.

A neck fan would be more convenient. But there is a caveat. These fans only give a cooling sensation if humidity is 40% or more
