Well for car battery purpose i needed distilled water..the garage ard us charge as much as 40 buks so was thinking to get a ready solution.....Can i try that..or is it available in market???

i guess yes... btw there is one another solution... ;)
Natural water usually contains a number of microscopic contaminants, along with dissolved minerals such as calcium and iron. One way to remove these elements from water is to boil it until it changes to steam, a process known as distillation. When this steam is allowed to cool down and condense into liquid form again, the result is a purified form called distilled water. Distilled water should ideally be nothing but hydrogen and oxygen molecules, with a PH level of 7 and no additional gases, minerals or contaminants.

hope it helped :)

That water is not distilled...Do not use it... Its just membrane filtered + UV passed + carbon filtered which absorb some of the chemicals... Its better to get the battery water from battery shops... costs 10 bucks/ liter...

Even better is to use a maintenance free battery instead.. you will save on battery water cost, trouble, spending time maintaining it & the life is way more than a wet type battery, almost double :hap2: :hap2:

Get Amaron or Exide maintenance free battery... sell your existing one... :P

What.... :O . must be some Natural Mineral Water....

If its maintenance free then no need for any water, if not then get the water from battery wala... That is the market price... :cool2:

High grade distilled water can be bought from chemical shops

Paid Rs.150 for 5 litre bottle ( smithchem laboratory )

In case of OKAYA inverter battery warranty card states that sulphuric acid should confirm to IS266:1993 and water to IS1069:1993

Committee Composition

I think aquaguard's water is not totally pure and still contains dissolved solids after filtration... not comparable to distilled water...

actually first time i did that..battery recharge..frnd also told at max u shd have pd 20 buks...it always happens first time...
