After the hack issue, which tool are you using to clean cache in Windows 10 ? Is Ccleaner still an option ?

Any good alternatives ?

Honestly there is no need to use programs like ccleaner. Windows nowadays defrags automatically and few kb sized registries won't do you any harm.
These programs will do more harm than good.

Only that specific version was injected with Malwares, and they've rectified that with subsequent version.

CCleaner is safe to use now.

Temporary files and browser files can amount to a lot over time. For this I use CCleaner on a daily basis.

What about cache ? We have to manually clean them otherwise, right ?
Which cache are you talking about?
Browser cache can be deleted manually and is just 2 clicks away(firefox) and i guess chrome would be same too.
Temporary files+registry from programs deleted isnt much and won't even make up 1gb if you have been using your os for a decade.
