I would avoid them at all costs. Very bad service. Not worth the hassle. Stocks online are not real, days after ordering, they said not in stock and made me pay more for a different product which I didn't want. ZERO SERVICE. Just some dude running it, it's not a company.

It is a shop on Grant Road Mumbai, not a company which I had passed by in the past but purchased from online. I always check stock with them over WhatsApp before placing an order and have never had an issue with such shops once they confirm availability.

Some of the smaller shops selling online are even ready to share the images of the product prior to shipping. Generally, they are cheaper which is also the reason I have reduced purchasing from Amazon or Flipkart apart from real lightning deals.

They have me second and product. And then not taking it back also. It was not working. And customer service behaviour is so unprofessional. Don't know from where he has took education.

I ordered a sd card for my camera from this website and it's not recording. It just automatically stop recording after few seconds. My other memory card works well. I contacted them for the availability of replacement or refund and those mf are ignoring me for last two days. Worst experience ever.

Whenever I search for items on Google . Results are always lowest on design info.
Infact too good to be true.

This is why most people are falling for their trap.

I hope your issue gets resolved.
Otherwise file a complain with consumercourt.

I paid for gopro waterproofing case. Money got deducted but the package never arrived. I also contacted their WhatsApp and they assured they r sending it to me . But it hasn’t been send . I would say fraud company. Don’t buy

They are genuine website and I have ordered 2/3 items. However there is a catch: they mostly sell imported product with low cost and virtually no warranty. So its wise to only place an item order from them when its no where available or available with them a huge discount. I can give an example - I got a new DJI RS3 Mini just less than 20k when it was 35000 in amazon and flipkart. So the point I considered was, even if I get an Indian version I will still not get warranty as DJI do not have any customer care for India. 2nd is I saved almost 15000 to took the risk. So its depend on what you order and how much risk you can take.& Please note: "They do not refund or cancel anything", even if product faulty or you have requested a cancellation just after the order. Please keep that in mind and make sure that you will not expect a refund or cancellation once you paid it.

Seems like fake review. Just 1 post account. Mods please check last 3 messages and delete them. Faker creates ac, posts review same day, never posts again. Expected off a scam website.

Yep it's a fraud website with fraud listings about 20-30% lower than others.

I have used designinfo.in to purchase an item that was almost impossible to find. It was shipped within 3 hours and arrived in less than 2 days. Although my experience is limited to a single order, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I brought A RF 100to400 canon lens. I discovered recently that the RF 100-400 lens has a dust particles inside. It can't be cleaned until fully dis-metal because its way inside middle of the glass group. Little disappointed and no option to claim replacement as its almost 4 months now. So yes they are a usual shop and selling products online sometimes in better price compare to common online platform. Its all good until everything okay. But if you have any issues with a new product, don't expect a same kind of support system as Amazon or Flipkart. They even don't have a return channel. You have to send them manually by post and leave everything on your luck. That's unfortunately true. Oh! Yes I got 100-400 in 47000 when Amazon price was 54000 for same lens.
