Graphic Cards Is Fake GPU is a thing ?

Most of them were used for 2-4 months, and then he closed the studio.
Lol, Heavily Overpriced 3070 & 3080 then and no warranty on top of that

OP go check out the 3070 for 22k deal with November warranty. IMO that is best suited for you given you can do F2F deal & the 1 & half year+ warranty

These are some spec sent by seller of 3070 ti he is still sticking to 22K price but once i checked price of new 4060 it is 29K which is still under my budget this made me more confuse between 3070ti and 4060. I will be meeting the guy and will do benchmakring again before buying.

Most of people have said go with 3070ti as has similar performance as 4060. Should I put 7K more and get brand new 4060 or should stick to getting this 3070ti ?

Couldn't be further from the truth. The 3070Ti is 35% faster and smokes the 4060.
Price ? I don't know how to DM or maybe it not available
Purchase Enclave Plus if you want instant access to the marketplace and DM privileges.

Here's a deal but better to ring them or ask a localite member here to get it for you and ship..

Btw for anyone who's looking at this, You are better off buying a 17k 3070 because 3070 TI is literally mere frames above 3070 in gaming, VRAM capacity is same. So the 8k that you are paying is for its triple fan shroud and excellent condition. Might as well add a few thousand rupees more and get 3080 because that has increased VRAM and actual performance difference.

Also if you are building this for gaming (assuming its for 1440p gaming only) why not go for AMD cards? I can see a used RX 6800 XT 16GB going for 26k with 3 months warranty and condition being good. Performance is around 3080 while having more VRAM, can't really go wrong with this one unless you want raytracing (but lets be honest who's raytracing on a 30 series card lol). At least this way you are spending 6-8k and getting a card that is better than RTX 4070 (in rasterization aka raw performance).
Refer to chart here for performance comparison

3070ti wins from all margins unless you got the itch to stick to 4060 which is the later ver yet less efficient than 3070ti. Better get a 4070 instead if not 4070ti.
Else Amd options are also there. And frankly speaking once 5xxx is mainstream by end of this year, 4xxx prices will crumble like anything and 3xxx even more.

To be fair, higher-tier 30-series GPUs are pretty decent at RT still, relative to their age. Can concur, being a 3080 owner myself who uses RT, where available.

I was kinda joking, Seems like only 3080 and above should be considered raytracing viable for 1440p titles. But main question is for how long? VRAM limitation hit those cards pretty hard and it will only get worse. Also AMD 6xxx series and above cards have okay-ish ray tracing performance (excluding 9xxx series, AMD truly outdone both themselves and NVIDIA with 9070XT launch) so AMD might become a true competitor to NVIDIA.

BTW where is 3090 on that chart ? lol how did they forgot to test and include that card.

How much would be the difference in the price of RTX3080 Vs.RTX4070 used cards will be?
3080s usually go for 25-27k, 4070 for around 35-36, from what I've seen. However, with the 4070, you'll most likely get a warranty, plus it'll be way more efficient, and more VRAM, with slightly lower performance vs a 3080 in raster. I would pick a 4070, if your budget allows you.
