Graphic Cards Is Fake GPU is a thing ?

Help me decide I am tired of this now I've two options both Mumbai F2F deal not getting scammed this time :sad
Zotac 3070ti AMP Holo Black -> 22K Under warranty till Nov 2026
Asus 7700XT -> 24K with 2 year remaining warranty

Idk why but i am still leaning towards 3070 but 12GB VRAM of 7700XT is tempting

Will you be able to test the cards before buying them? Otherwise get ready to be scammed once again.

It will be weaker than 3070 if what I'm reading on techpowerup is correct. I will not recommend buying a new 8GB VRAM GPU in 2025. I have already seen them struggling in some games.
