How was the overall experience? Was the product shipped ok ? How long was the shipping?

It was good. Nothing suspicious. After placing the order, I called them on their number to check about my order and they said they would ship it within 2 days. It was shipped through Amazon shipping. I received it within a week.

Placed an order last Friday, received it Monday. Did not get a shipping notification. Contact them on whatsapp to confirm availability, I do this with any new place. Ask for photos.
They're somewhat responsive to inquiries during normal business hours. They called me about a pricing error and followed up with a message on whatsapp immediately after.
They sent me a screenshot of their orders, they don't have many. Others have had positive experience with them on reddit, which is why I went ahead with my order.
I like them because I got something I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Also because literally no one else has ever responded to my queries over whatsapp.

They are running the website just for the sake of it. But they do stock items which are not available in most of the other tech retail websites. But first try to confirm the stock first by calling their customer care before ordering. Their refund process is shitty and takes long.
