Monitors is Monitor developed fault & non-repairable?

Hi,

My Dell S2216H suddenly, while working, developed some issue as below, please suggest if it's IPS panel life over or can check with some local guy for repair, while i know most of local repair center 99.99% will be unable to solve issue and may ask for min. Rs.500/- service charges.

Following images of monitor, kindly check and suggest solution, if any ...

Slap it hard a few times on it's back.

If the faulty pattern changes, the flat FFC/FPC display cable is loose. Slap a few times more and pray it gets back into its place.

Otherwise, you can open the monitor and replace the cable yourself.

Yes have spare (NEW) HDMI cable and replace old with new but no change.
Also have basic ASUS Graphic Card (for Display), installed it and check but that also no use, same issue still there.

Did you test the monitor on another computer / system ?
Is this articraft present when monitor is disconnected from system and powered on ?

have only one system, check with friends laptop and found same articraft present.
Yes, issue/articraft is there when monitor is on and system is off.

latest new image updated, please check First post of this thread, so is any repair or self-repair or internal parts cleaning may solve issue.. and suggestions
