Is MTNL down..:huh:
coz i was trying to check the usage and the link was not :S

If its down then download mite not count...

It does occasionally go down but the usage is still counted... so better be careful with that 2mbps line

btwn the last it happened with me my download was not counted..

i lost my 500 mb to that stupid trick

and had to surf with images off

it used to work earlier on...a.k.a the golden hours, when the usage was not counted during the downtime of the usage site...but now the mtnl ppl have seemed to fix it...though luckily once in a while the downloads dont get counted for one of the sessions...still, cant say anything about mtnl...so be carefull...

and yes, the usage site is currently down for the past 2 days...
