^^ do u have the springs on the screws??

Like you mounted the backplate and now ur expected to screw in the 4 long screws into the backplate?

Just an advice as in changing tyres....always tighten diagonally ..dont tighten one ends and tighten the other..follow a gradual process..this will ensure the HS is sitting squat properly.

Yup...all screws have springs on them:)

and yup to the next one too.... I am an engineering graduate:) and highly trained:) So tighten diagonally

Ok Guys...Since TE was down I was not able to update all.

I applied the Thermal paste again and this time properly; Still the temps during start up is 43 degrees and on full load is 55 degrees. it has never crossed 57 degrees. I think temps will not drop below this:(
