PC Peripherals Is PSU upgrade necessary?

I currently have an intel D101GCC mobo which am going to sell since the board doesn't have overclocking options...am going to buy gigabyte G41 motherboard...Also need to know even if i don't overclock my processor will this PSU suffice for my needs alongwith the GPU?:huh:

Get the G31M ES2L instead of the G41 board. Cheaper, tried and tested and you don't need the (slightly) better IGP.
 
^^ actually the G41 chipset board are coming with both ddr2 and ddr3 slots for very cheap..

no idea about gigabyte one but asrock has a gg41 combo board for below 3k. makes a good selling point :)

i checked gigabyte website it says n/a against this processor for G31 mobo so planning to get G41mobo...
Went to prime both mobos almost cost same..even though i didn`t buy mobo will do this weekend...

had enquired about that mobo&orime says any problem just return the board to us...you will get replacement within 1 week..thaz why even i have put on hold for buying Gigabyte G41mobo...:)
