In My opinion, if u can get all features of apple iphone (very nice multimedia device but not that great phone) and very nice smartphone (other than iPhone) still with less money then that was the best (sounds good
).
You can buy apple iPod touch 3G and nokia 5800XM which cost you around 25-28k (less than iPhone 3GS). And you have everything in your pocket. The only disadvantage is you have to carry both wherever you go. But if money matters and still you want the best than this is the option in my opnion.
