PC Peripherals Is theitdepot.com shopping reliable ?

hi guys,

I am confused about theitdepot.com. Should i buy ANTEC Plusview II cabby from theitdepot.com, is the site's shopping reliable OR shud i buy it from Delhi ? Btw I am from Guwahati.

Can any1 share with me theitdepot.com shopping experiences ?

Yup... really reliable if you order by card. Stuff comes to your doorstep in one day or even lower if you are lucky :P.

Its very reliable.
 
Ordered a neo he for some1 on monday evening...got a shipping notice on wednesday (yesterday) evening...

2 days is too long to ship out a psu that was "In stock and available for immediate despatch." imho...
 
I've ordered a lot of stuff from them since past 3 years. I've always paid by DD and the service is excellent. Reccommended.
 
Very reliable. Bought Antec Formula 5 from them and received it within 3 days after they received payment. All the way from Chennai to Guwahati. And I agree with archer, they r somewhat expensive.
 
Hmm. You should check out www.indmall.com. There's a huge difference in the prices in quite a few products, eg 7600GT is for 13.5k on Indmall, and Theitdepot lists it for 18k.

Has anyone used Indmall?
 
I ordered a Antec TX1088AMG Cabinet on 9th May, 2006 at 6:45 pm and recieved it on 11th May, 2006 at 4:00 pm.

though I haven't ordered anything, i have had a long relationship with IT depot, and personally know a few humble folk back at Chennai...

Good place to buy from, very reliable, and replacements are immediate, no complaints whatsoever...

Am considering ordering online exactly now!! :bleh:

i've never heard of this one before...and it seems to be pretty cheap...Is it trustworthy??Has any one brought stuff from this site??
 
Dunno if it's trustworthy or not but I've noticed that most of the computer accessories are the same as in the itdepot. Methinks all Antec/ Coolermaster at least are being sourced from the IT Depot.
 
Any other e-shopping malls in India (computer stuff) other than these two that have good products and prices? Plz dont say techmirchi. Their prices are not properly updated...
 
Hmm..I ordered from both sites simultaneously and they've messed it up BIG time. I ordered the cabby from IT depot and a GPU+2Fans from IndMAll and now my order history on both sites shows the cabby.

Secondly, the cabby was for 3.5k on ITdepot where I bought it from and 5k on IndMall and now the invoice shows 5k

I've sent out an email to both the sites to have this resolved. Can anyone help me further?
 
The support from itdepot atleast is very good. I sent them a query via their website on a Sunday, and recd. a reply within an hour. They will fix it, dont worry :)
