Is there a FTA receiver with HDMI output ?

Folks,

Over the last two years, there are a lot of LCD TVs emerging to market with all kinds of technologies andd differentations. And most of them have many HDMI ports as the input.

However, our STB market has not upgraded itself to connectivity option irrespective of whether the signal quailty is HD or SD. The strategy of content providers and LCD TV manufactures seems to be totally different for connectivity options.

My question is that is there a FTA receiver available in India that provides an HDMI output ? If so, where can it bought ? I am happy to buy through web or through local dealers in Bangalore. Thanks for your help.

Edit: I just remembered this. All the private dish operators lock the stb serial with the card, so with this fta receiver you can only watch free to air channels like DD channels (and others if you have a motorised antenna).

My Reliance BIG Tv Unit (with Recording) has HDMI output as well as Component Output & runs at 720 P. Dunno why you seem to have overlooked this...
